POLICY REGARDING THE COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION



At Vitamoor International Inc. (hereafter "VITAMOOR"), respecting your privacy is very important to us. Although obtaining information on our Customers and Independent Distributors allows us to offer a quality service, suited to their needs, our Customers’ and Independent Sales Representatives’ trust remains our priority. This policy has been prepared to assert our commitment to protect the confidentiality of information concerning our Customers and Independent Distributors, and to inform you about our practices relating to the collection, use and disclosure of information communicated to Vitamoor.



Consent
In agreeing to communicate personal information to Vitamoor or its service providers and mandataries, you give us the authorization to collect, use and communicate such personal information in accordance with this policy, and as authorized or required by law.  You may refuse or withdraw your consent with regard to some specific purposes at any time, by contacting the person in charge of confidentiality at VITAMOOR. If you refuse or withdraw your consent, we may no longer be able to supply or continue to supply certain products, services or information which could be useful to you.



Collection of Personal Information
Occasionally, VITAMOOR collects personal information from its Customers and Independent Distributors, such as name, age, gender, account number, address, telephone number, electronic address, as well as information relating to billing records and accounts, information for the purpose of supplying services and information pertaining to operations derived from our mutual relationship.



Reasons for Collecting Your Personal Information
Generally, VITAMOOR collects, uses and discloses personal information concerning Customers and Independent Distributors for the following purposes: to make sound decisions regarding your various requests; to promote and market products, goods and services through, among other means, direct marketing and Internet; to answer your questions concerning your account and file; to meet legal and regulatory requirements; to manage and develop the Company’s business and operations; to provide products, goods and services best suited to your needs, interests and situation by making personal information available to VITAMOOR’s employees, its partners and product and service providers. Personal information will be used for the above-mentioned reasons and in certain circumstances where VITAMOOR considers it necessary and appropriate to collect and disclose personal information, in accordance with the law and while ensuring that the disclosure of personal information shall be limited to that which is necessary, according to circumstances.



People to Whom We Disclose Personal Information
VITAMOOR may transfer personal information, on a limited basis, to service providers, collection agencies and other third parties acting as mandataries of VITAMOOR, to manage the Company’s business. Currently, VITAMOOR does not rent nor sell to third parties lists of Independent Distributors or Customers. In the event that VITAMOOR were to decide to exchange such information for commercial agreement purposes, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to refuse transfer of personal information.



VITAMOOR Commitment
By means of this policy, VITAMOOR is committed to: limit the collection and use of personal information on its Customers and Independent Distributors to what is necessary for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes; limit access to this information to those VITAMOOR employees whose duties so require; not disclose personal information on our Customers and Independent DIstributors to a third party except with our Customers’ and Independent Distributors’ prior consent or as required by law, or when it is necessary to deliver products and services; allow our Customers and Independent Distributors to contact us, at any time, to request having their name removed from soliciting lists for commercial purposes; demand that any organization, to whom we may give information for the purpose of providing services, and/or any partners with whom we collaborate, adhere to our privacy standards; ensure the accuracy of personal information used and/or correct it, if necessary; maintain an appropriate level of physical, procedural and technical protection in its offices and premises reserved for storage of information in order to minimize risks of any form of unauthorized access, disclosure, reproduction, use or modification of personal information.
Personal Information and Our Web Site
Personal information is collected when, for example, an individual buys products, completes a form or survey online, or enters a contest. This information is collected, used and disclosed in accordance with terms provided in this policy. However, any individual may indicate his/her refusal to receive non solicited electronic information.



During user interaction with one of VITAMOOR’s Web sites, we may store information using a browser feature called "cookie" or similar file automatically downloaded to your computer. Cookies allow us, among other things, to adapt a Web site or advertisement according to your interests and preferences. Rest assured that cookies are safe to use. They are not programs that can be used to damage files, and they cannot be used to collect personal information. If you do not wish to receive cookies or to have them stored on your system, most Internet browsers will allow you to erase cookies from your hard disk, to avoid having them stored or to activate a warning before the system stores them. VITAMOOR has no intention of collecting personal information from children. If a parent or legal guardian, after communicating such information, wishes to eliminate it from our files, he/she may do so by contacting us at the e-mail address or phone number shown at the bottom of this policy statement.



We cannot ensure the protection of personal information that you provide to a third-party site, to or from any of VITAMOOR’s Web sites, since these third-party sites are owned and operated independently. These third parties may have their own confidentiality and data collection practices, that are beyond our control. Any personal information provided by you to these third-party sites will be regulated by their own confidentiality policy, if applicable. VITAMOOR is not responsible nor liable, under any circumstances, for these third parties’ practices, actions or policies regarding their sites, and cannot be held accountable for the content and confidentiality practices of these sites.



We are aware that you may have concerns with respect to the protection and confidentiality of your personal information including, in matters related to the purchase of goods, your credit card and your billing address. Therefore, we have taken appropriate measures to protect and safeguard this information. If you are registered with us, all information regarding your online account is protected by a password that you have chosen. Access to your online account requires your user name and password. We recommend you do not disclose to anyone your user name and password because, ultimately, you are responsible for the confidentiality of this information. Furthermore, regarding your credit card information, we protect your transactions with a technology called Secure Sockets Layer – SSL. If your browser includes this feature, and most browsers are set up this way, your sensitive information will automatically be encrypted before being sent over the Internet. You should also be aware that information regarding your credit card is only used to finalize your transactions with us.



No data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Although we are taking necessary measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of information that you are transferring to us and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take necessary measures to ensure its security on our systems.



Access to Your File
You can have access to your individual file information at any time to check accuracy of the information and have it rectified as appropriate by contacting us through one of the means hereinafter described.




Amendments to This Policy
VITAMOOR reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, and to issue the new policy with amendments through its Web sites, or by any other means. Any amendments to this policy will be made according to the law in effect. Continuing to provide personal information to VITAMOOR or using its Web sites, or placing orders, after amendments to the policy have been posted, will be considered an implicit agreement with modifications made to the policy.
